Returns
Thank you for supporting Nelly P. at Boat Cove with a purchase.
What is your returns policy?
You can return any purchase within 30 days as a standard.
I want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that there are uncertainties involved in online shopping, so I will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on all products.
All I ask is that returned clothing items must be unworn and unwashed and returned artwork is undamaged.
Shipping costs are refundable only if I made a mistake or there is a defect with the product.

How can I exchange my item?
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
Make sure you include the original order shipping note or if you no longer have it, include your name, address and email or phone number.
Once the return is accepted, I will confirm the exchange can be made and then you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
