Which countries do you ship to?
I currently ship to the UK only. I may ship to other countries on request, please contact us.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
- I process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Currently I can deliver your item within 3-14 business days. Due to not being able to hold much stock I have been forced to extend shipping time up to 12 days. If I have an item in stock I can aim to deliver within 3 working days. I am working hard to reduce this time and will update the displayed shipping times as soon as I can guarantee shorter timeframes.
I didn't get an order confirmation, what should I do?
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact me for confirmation.
Can I change my order?
- You can alter your order if you notify me within 12 hours of completing the checkout but I will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
